Shipping Policy

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Anywhere in Western BC: 5-7 business days
Anywhere else in Canada: 7-14 business days
International: At this time we are unable to provide an estimation for International orders

Shipping rates & delivery estimates charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can and will occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

La Creme de la Creme is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

La Creme de la Creme is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be a 2-4 day delay in processing your orders.

Thick and Nutritious!

I love this cream, it's like a long drink of water for the face, and it isn't greasy at all! I use it day and night I just wish it was a pump bottle so I could ration my use better.

Good in the Moment!

I really like the smell, the pump bottle and the anti redness effects of the cream - when using it. It lessens my redness for the day and I use less make up. I'm not sure if it is "correcting" my skin to not be red long term but definitely helps during use!
