Hudson's Bay Points
Those that had Hudson's Bay points can come into the either boutique with their receipt of points balance.
We will then we will convert up to 1,000 straight across points for La Creme, anything 1,000 points + will take half value.
Example: You come in with 2000 bay points. La Creme will credit your profile with 1500 points.
No. You can use your points whenever you’d like—there’s no immediate rush. Just make sure to use them before they expire, so you don’t miss out.
We will convert any and all Hudson's Bay points to La Creme Rewards points until end of day Saturday November 15th, 2025.
La Crème Rewards
Nope! As soon as you make a purchase, or add your points to your profile (Hudson's Bay promo) you’ll start earning points automatically. All customers are enrolled in our Glow Tier by default.
You can start redeeming your points once you’ve earned 250 points. Every 250 points equals $10 off your next purchase (and even more in our Luster, ÉLEVÉ tiers!)
Every year, on the renewal of your rewards membership, your points will expire — so don’t forget to treat yourself!
With any qualifying purchase you will automatically collect points, and be notified by email.
- Glow Tier: 1 point per $1 spent—so for every 250 points you get $10 off your purchase!
- Luster Tier: (spend $1,000+ annually): 2 points per $1 spent—so for every 250 points you get $20 off your purchase!
- Eleve Tier: (spend $3,000+ annually): 3 points per $1 spent—so for every 250 points you get $30 off your purchase!
You might also earn bonus points through special promos, reviews, or referrals!
Points can be redeemed in-boutique before purchase—just let the boutique member know you'd like to use your points before completing your order.
Yes, you'll receive emails each time you accrue points & redeem points, so you can stay updated as to how many you have.
Yes, you can use up to 5,000 points in one transaction/visit.
If you return an item, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account that earned them.
Yes! You earn points on all purchases, including sale items.
Yes, we’ll send you an update after each purchase.
