La Crème de la La Crème Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the La Crème de la La Crème Loyalty Program (the “Program”) operated by La Crème de la La Crème (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership & Eligibility
1.1 Any and all membership privileges obtained through this membership agreement may be revoked or changed at any time with prior notice to member.
1.2 Reward program is currently available to legal residents of Canada. Any customer/member who is not meeting the legal required age of at least 18 years will need a parent or a guardian to review and sign on their behalf. Member agrees they meet all membership requirements and will notify company if any requirements are not met during the time of the agreement term.
1.3 Is limited to one account per individual
1.4 Members can update the membership details by contacting their local boutique by phone or the member can reach out to an associate during a visit and on successfully verifying the identity, requested changes will be executed by the associate.
2. Program Enrolment
2.1 Customers will be automatically enrolled into the Glow Tier upon creating an account and making a minimum purchase of one paid product. Membership enrolments requires a valid phone number and email.
2.2 By signing up for the Program member is agreeing to receiving communications regarding the Program. Member can opt out from the communication by contacting the boutique, you will still receive important emails regarding your rewards account. Enrolment is automatic with account registration.
3. Tier Structure
3.1 The Program is structured into three tiers, based on the customer's cumulative spending on products and services:
GLOW TIER
Eligibility: Default tier for all new members.
Earning Rate: 1 point per $1 spent.
Benefits: Access to basic rewards and offers.
LUSTER TIER
Eligibility: Minimum cumulative spend of $1,000 within a rolling 12-month period.
Earning Rate: 2 points per $1 spent.
Benefits: Enhanced rewards and exclusive promotions.
ÉLEVÉ TIER
Eligibility: Minimum cumulative spend of $3,000 within a rolling 12-month period.
Earning Rate: 3 points per $1 spent.
Benefits: Premium rewards and exclusive ÉLEVÉ TIER offers.

4. Points Earning, Redemption & Expiration
4.1 Points are not earned on taxes, additional fees, shipping, gift card or gift certificate sales.
4.2 Points will take up to 1 business day to appear in your account.
4.3 Points can be redeemed for eligible product, services, upgrades and more as listed on our loyalty program page (coming soon) or by speaking to an associate at one of our locations.
4.4 Unused points will expire after 12 months of date of enrolment.
4.5 Reward points can only be used for eligible services and products which are not a part of any other promotional packages. Reward points are not transferrable and convertible to cash. Redeemed points are not refundable. Reward points are valid for 12 months starting the date of tier enrolment, once 12 months is up, reward points will expire and you're tier will be automatically reassessed and you will be placed in the applicable tier based on your spending.
4.6 Members need to follow account identification procedure at checkout by providing registered phone number or email ID for claiming reward points. Providing your email or phone number for identifying your account or setting up an account is voluntary and is not requested or recorded as a part of a credit card transaction.
4.7 Members can redeem the points once they have a minimum balance of 250 points and can redeem up to 10,000 rewards points in a single transaction.
6. Tier Maintenance and Evaluation
6.1 Tier status is evaluated on a rolling 12-month basis starting on the date of enrolment.
6.2 Members must maintain the qualifying spend to retain their tier status.
6.3 If the minimum spend is not maintained, the member will be downgraded to the applicable tier.
6.4 If an account inactive for a period of 12 months, we reserve the right to expire your points and/or downgrade your tier status. You may choose to close your loyalty account at any time by contacting us directly. Upon account closure, any unredeemed points or rewards will be forfeited.
7. Modifications and Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, its benefits, or any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. If the Program is terminated, any unused points will be forfeited. Modifications to the Terms will be immediately updated on our website and you will be notified by email.
7.2 We make no guarantees regarding the continued availability of the Program or any rewards, and reserves the right to substitute or eliminate any benefits, experiences, or services offered under the Program at its discretion.
8. Misuse and Termination
8.1 We may also limit, discontinue, or restrict your participation in the Program for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse of Program privileges, or any violation of these Terms. In such cases, we may revoke your membership, forfeit accumulated points, and cancel any pending rewards without liability.
8.2 Membership may be revoked at our discretion for misuse, including but not limited to:
- Fraudulent activity or suspected abuse of the Program.
- Violation of these Terms.
- Any inappropriate conduct related to the Program.
- Misuse of birthday gifts by the same individual via different accounts
- Reselling rewards or birthday gifts
- and more
9. Privacy
9.1 Your participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal data.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, La Crème de la La Crème, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and suppliers (collectively, “La Crème de la La Crème Parties”) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, your use or inability to use any rewards or the Program benefits, or any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, La Crème de la La Crème Parties shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, delay, theft, or damage related to:
- Reward redemptions or shipments;
- Program system failures, malfunctions, or interruptions;
- Inaccurate or delayed point accruals;
- Errors or omissions in Program materials or communications;
- Acts of third parties not under our control.
10.2 Participation in the Program and use of any associated benefits are at your own risk. All rewards, benefits, and the Program features are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.3 Some jurisdictions, including certain provinces in Canada, do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, some of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you and our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
